Iced Coffee:
Foldgers Hazelnut Coffee – Double the Recipe to make it extra strong since you will be pouring it over ice. If you don’t it will taste watered down and awful.

*Cup of coffee extra strong
*Fat Free Coffee mate Powder Creamer
*Truvia
*Pour over Ice

Lunch:
Chickpea Salad
Chickpeas rinsed thoroughly
Half can of chick peas mixed with diced cucumber and cilantro for flavor
Boltfarms Yogurt Classic Ranch Dressing

Snack:
Chocolate Quaker Oats Rice Cake Topped with Powdered Peanut Butter
PB2 Powdered Peanut Butter (can be found at Walmart)

Dinner:
Chicken Breast
Seasoned with Fiesta Seasoned Meat Tenderizer
and topped with A1
Baked at 400 for approximately 20 minutes (10 each side)
Adjust for thickness
You might want to look up other recipes online (there is a good Brining recipe) but the goal is to avoid using excessive amounts of butters or oils. I don’t use either and my chicken still comes out juicy. However, it’s very easy to overcook chicken so I check mine often to avoid that. Left over Chicken breast is great to slice up for next day snacking or a good chicken salad.

Corn on the Cob (yellow and white from produce section) with spray butter in moderation and sprinkled salt

Mushrooms and Onions sauteed in a skillet with Seasoned meat tenderizer (perfect mix of seasonings) No oil needed.

Jasmine Rice (Uncle Bens 90 second heat and serve) with a little bit of country crock light butter and salt
