Face Yoga is a series of poses designed to tone the muscles like jawline, mouth, eyes and forehead and promote blood circulation. It increases the Collagen and Elastin production in the middle layer of the skin giving you a smoother, more supple, tighter-looking skin.
We get premature wrinkles due to the stressful lifestyle we have. I started facial yoga a few yrs ago. I felt a huge difference within a week. The principle is the same as the body yoga. You don’t need to allocate a lot of time to do this facial yoga. You only need 3 to 4 minutes everyday. You will see a visible difference within a week.
