This video shows you what supplements & vitamins I take everyday and why. They include collagen type 1 & 3, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, natural multi-vitamin, C, D3, E, K2 & Ultra Tart Cherry. I also take a tablespoon of fish oil and olive oil. On top of that I have a cup of matcha green tea with star anise, coconut oil, raw honey, almond milk & cinnamon. All of this is organic and natural and very important for anti-aging and aging well.
