1.Asgand nagori(Winter cherry) 50gm
2.Banola k beej(Cotton seeds) 50gm
3.Khashkhash(Poppy seeds) 50gm
4.Safaid til(White sesame) 50gm
5.Moongphali(Peanuts) 50gm
Dossage:with 1 glass honey milk twice daily.
