In this video, I am going to explain about how to control diabetes at any age.
These days Type 2 diabetes is attacking not only elders, but youngsters as well. If someone gets diabetes at the age between 20 and 30, it is very important to have a long term strategy to control diabetes with diet and proper lifestyle. Keto diet is the right choice for such people but it needs to be periodically checked to see how the hormones are getting impacted in long term.
When it comes to 30-40 years of age and above that, it could be a combination of genetics and lifestyle that could have caused diabetes. A proper lifestyle changes are required.
When it’s above the age of 50, along with proper lifestyle and diet, it also needs to be checked if the person requires Hormone Replacement Therapy.
