Xtend Life Reviews: Skincare for Men

As the author of this blog, there have been few Xtend Life reviews on the subject of skincare for men. Last year I posted about my husband and how he came to be a user and a believer of anti aging skin care for men.

The Xtend-Life skincare line for men consists of five particular products:
1) Eye Contour Serum: The area first to show signs of aging is around the eyes. This eye serum helps to eliminate bags and dark circles under the eyes. The special ingredient here is “Eyeliss” which, in a clinical study, was shown to work on 65% percent of the people tested to reduce puffiness in less than 28 days. This product also works effectively at reducing wrinkles.
2) Age Defense Active Body Lotion: One of the more expensive (and popular) of the Xtend-Life men’s skincare products due to its special ingredients which tackle three key areas: collagen production (to prevent wrinkles), hyaluronic acid (which helps inhibit the harmful enzyme hyaluronidase), and destruction of free radicals (which contribute to aging).
3) Age Defense Active Facial Fluid: An effective facial moisturizer helps to tackle signs of aging on the face, such as brown spots, wrinkles and sagging skin. It includes the same ingredients and benefits as the body lotion, but has been specially formulated for use on the face.
4) Deep Active Hydrating Mask: This product is designed to complement day creams, with an added extra special ingredient called Rigin. This helps to deeply hydrate the skin, making it firmer yet softer. Recommended for use every two weeks.
5) Deep Active Cleansing Mask: This is recommended for use every other week in between uses of the hydrating mask. It contains the special ingredient Kaolin, derived from New Zealand clay, to help draw dirt and grime away from the skin.
The Xtend Life men’s skincare products incorporates ingredients specially tested for men’s skin, which have different requirements to that of a woman’s. My husband has not as yet used the xtend-life “Eye Contour Serum” but I’m working on it/him!
Tho I’m not a big fan of L’Oreal products, Vichy offers several different eye products; are you using their Elite Serum? I notice they include 2 effective ingredients: Eyeliss, and Haloxyl. (as does Xtend-Life Eye Contour Serum)
My only other question would be: how much time did you use each of the products? I ask because depending on the condition of the skin around your eyes, it can take 3 months to see results.
FYI…there are numerous customer comments on this particular Xtend-Life product on the company’s website (tho none on Vichy) from men who’ve had positive results.

Did your husband use ‘Eye Contour Serum’ ?
I tried L’Oreal and I am using Vichy now but they did not seem to make any difference.
