Xtend Life Facial Treatment: Masks

Cleansing Mask

This is a brief review of the Xtend Life masks I am using for my personal facial treatment regime.  One of the masks I’ve been using for over a year. The other, just over a month. When I combined the two, using alternately, the results were quiet remarkable. But let me start at the beginning.

In another life I had spent a fair chunk of change for a monthly facial treatment at a  high-end facial spa in the tony town of Santa Barbara, California. My face would be professionally cleansed, vacuumed, steamed, masked, plucked and plastered.  Gentle music, aromatic candles, silky coverlet coupled with gentle hands and an array of products and tools, produced a Zen-like state.

Following the ninety minute session, happy to pay the exorbitant price, I floated to the outside world feeling pampered and pretty.  But that was then. Today, having greatly simplified life and downsizing monthly costs, my facial treatment is provided by my own hands using the Xtend Life skin care products.

Two of these products are targeted to cleansing and moisturizing and both are applied as masks. As previously stated, I alternate the two every two weeks:

The results? The gentle cleansing mask deeply cleanses; pores are visibly clean and reduced in size; overall my face looks cleaner and brighter. And all this without producing dry skin.

The hydrating mask offers an extra dose of moisturizing. My skin feels super soft and smooth when splashing water on it 20 minutes after the mask ‘sets.’  There is no sense or feel related to tightening. Using both of these products, in addition to the Xtend Life day cream and the Xtend Life night cream, my skin maintains a healthy glow and balance of clean and hydration.

Natural Ingredients

Because my skin is dry, and sensitive, masks of the past created a tight feel both during and afterward; my face felt as though it was in a vise. And flakiness soon followed, no matter how much moisturizer I slatherd on.  Again, that was then.

What I have since learned is this: The Xtend Life skin care products work from a cellular level and as such the skin responds much more favorably.  The natural ingredients in both masks are key. You can learn more from the Xtend Life website for each product, but the primary list of ingredients include:

Facial Treatment

  • Manuka Honey from New Zealand (both masks)
  • Vitamin E (both masks)
  • Avocado Oil (Hydrating mask)
  •  Macadamia Oil  (both masks)
  • Passionfruit Seed Oil  (Hydrating mask)
  • Kaolinite Clay from New Zealand (Cleansing mask)

Incorporating these masks as part of my Xtend Life facial treatment, the effect produced an altogether difference in the look and feel of my skin. I highly recommend trying both masks.  Do keep in mind, the company stands behind their products with customer satisfaction guarantees.
